Account and Data Deletion Request
Tallory is operated by hexiuyuan. This page provides a deletion-request option for people who cannot use the in-app deletion flow.
Request deletion by email
Email guantituyahi@gmail.com with the subject line Tallory account deletion request.
Tell us the email address you are writing from and any Tallory support-request ID you have. Do not send your height, weight, medical information, account token, or password.
Use the in-app option if available
If you can still open Tallory, use Profile → Delete growth account and data for the fastest deletion path.
What deletion covers
Once we verify that a request relates to an anonymous Tallory account, we will delete the associated synchronized growth records, lifestyle check-ins, AI reports, support requests, and anonymous-session information from Tallory's active application systems. This does not delete PDF, JSON, or shared copies you saved outside Tallory. Backups, security logs, operational logs, and external providers may follow separate retention processes.
