These Terms govern your use of the U.S. version of Tallory. Tallory is operated by hexiuyuan. Questions: guantituyahi@gmail.com.
1. Eligibility
Tallory is intended for people age 14 and older who use the app to create and maintain their own archive. It is not designed for people under 14 and does not provide a parent-managed child profile service. You may choose to include parent-height information as optional family-height context for your own archive. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that information.
2. Service nature
Tallory is a personal height record and general wellness reference tool. It helps users organize height records and lifestyle information over time. Tallory is not a medical device, medical service, or substitute for a clinician or other qualified professional.
3. Reference and AI limits
Family-height information, lifestyle references, age-based weight references, and AI Height Guidance Reports are general informational references. They do not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, recommend medication, predict final adult height, or guarantee a growth result. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use Tallory as the sole basis for a health decision; seek qualified professional support for health concerns.
4. Your information and device
Please enter information as accurately as you reasonably can. Incomplete information or widely spaced records may limit the usefulness of timelines, trends, and references. Tallory currently uses an anonymous account created when synchronization is needed; it does not offer phone-number, email, or password registration in this version. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and for deciding whether to export or share a file.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Tallory only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to Tallory or its supporting systems.
6. Changes and availability
Tallory may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be versioned and presented for review through an updated app or public page as appropriate.
