Privacy Notice
Tallory is operated by hexiuyuan. For privacy questions or requests, contact guantituyahi@gmail.com.
1. Who Tallory is for
Tallory is intended for people age 14 and older who use the app to create and maintain their own height archive. It is not designed for people under 14 and does not offer parent-managed child profiles. You may choose to provide parent-height information as family-height context; by doing so, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.
2. Information we process
- Age, sex, height, weight, measurement dates, and related growth-record information;
- Optional parent-height information and lifestyle check-ins about sleep, activity, exercise type, meal regularity, and food groups;
- Reminder settings, consent status, anonymous account and session information used for synchronization;
- Support or privacy request type, message, app version, operating-system version, and anonymous account identifier; and
- Information included in a PDF or JSON export you choose to create.
Tallory does not ask for a date of birth or birth month for these features.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and maintain your archive, store and display records and trends, provide general wellness and lifestyle references, generate an optional AI Height Guidance Report after separate confirmation, provide a reminder you choose to enable, create exports you choose to make, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Tallory is not a medical device or medical service. It does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment or medication advice, predict final adult height, or guarantee growth results.
4. Storage and optional AI processing
Tallory stores synchronized growth records, lifestyle check-ins, AI Height Guidance Reports, support requests, and anonymous-session information in its active application systems. Your device stores archive and record caches, reminder settings, consent status, and anonymous-session credentials in device secure storage where supported.
AI processing is optional. Only after you request a report and separately confirm AI processing does Tallory send the following to DeepSeek: age, sex, a summarized height history (such as relevant record dates or period, first and latest height, height change where available, and record count), and lifestyle check-ins. Tallory does not send weight values, parent-height values, date of birth, or birth month to DeepSeek for this report.
5. Support requests
If you use Support & Privacy Requests, we process your request type, message, app version, operating-system version, and the anonymous account identifier connected with the request to manage and respond to it. Do not include information you do not need to share.
6. Exports and sharing
When you choose to export, Tallory can create a PDF archive or JSON data backup on your device. Exports can include archive information, height records, and saved AI or general-reference content when available. You control whether to save or share an export using your device. Deleting your Tallory account does not delete copies saved outside Tallory, elsewhere on your device, or in another app.
7. Your choices and deletion
You can review and edit archive information, export it, recreate the archive, or delete the account and data from within Tallory. Deletion removes synchronized growth records, lifestyle check-ins, AI reports, support requests, anonymous-session information, and related local app storage for that anonymous account from Tallory's active application systems.
For deletion help, visit the Tallory account-deletion request page or email guantituyahi@gmail.com. Backups, security logs, operational logs, and external providers may follow separate retention or deletion processes.
8. Security, retention, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled by Tallory. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain active application data until you delete your account and data, unless longer retention is required by law or technically necessary operational processes.
We may update this Notice as Tallory changes. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will update this page and the in-app notice as appropriate.
