AI Data Processing Notice
This Notice applies only when you actively request an AI Height Guidance Report in Tallory and separately confirm AI data processing. It does not authorize AI processing at other times.
1. Your choice
AI processing is optional. You can use Tallory's record-keeping features without creating an AI Height Guidance Report.
2. Information used for the report
To prepare the report you request, Tallory uses the age and sex in your archive, a summarized history of your recorded heights, and your lifestyle check-ins. Before report inputs are sent to DeepSeek, Tallory removes weight values and parent-height values. Tallory does not request or send a date of birth or birth month for this feature.
3. External AI service and purpose
After your separate confirmation, Tallory sends the minimum report input described above to DeepSeek, an external AI service, to generate a stage-based written summary of your recorded information and general wellness references. Tallory's own service uses predefined rules and reference tables for weight-related references; these may appear in reports or exports, but weight values are not sent to DeepSeek for the AI report.
4. Report storage and deletion
A generated report is associated with your anonymous Tallory archive. A new report is generated only when you request one after relevant information changes. Deleting your Tallory account and data removes the report from Tallory's active application systems together with the other data associated with that anonymous account. Exported or shared copies are outside Tallory's deletion control. External providers may have separate retention practices.
5. Important limits
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, medication recommendation, adult-height prediction, or growth guarantee. It must not be used as a substitute for professional health advice.
